Service Description

Migration Emails provides email, calendar, and contacts migration services between various platforms including but not limited to Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, Google Workspace, and other supported services.

Our service facilitates the transfer of your data from one platform to another using secure, automated processes. We strive to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security.

Free Credit Policy

All users receive 1 (one) free credit upon account creation for testing purposes.

  • The free credit can be used to migrate a limited amount of data (up to 500 items or 1GB, whichever comes first)
  • The free credit is valid for 30 days from account creation
  • The free credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Only one free credit per user/email address
  • Additional credits must be purchased for full migrations

NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By purchasing credits or services from Migration Emails, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits
  • No refunds will be issued for incomplete or unsuccessful migrations due to user error
  • No refunds will be issued if you are unsatisfied with the service
  • Credits do not expire but cannot be refunded
  • We encourage you to use your free credit to test our service before purchasing additional credits

Exception: Refunds may only be considered if the service failure is directly caused by a verified technical issue on our end and we are unable to complete the migration after reasonable attempts. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on a credit system where each credit allows migration of a specific amount of data
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required before migration services are rendered
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase

Enterprise Migrations

For large-scale migrations (Gmail to Outlook organization-wide, Office 365 to Google Workspace, etc.), custom pricing and service agreements are available.

  • Contact our team for a custom quote based on your specific requirements
  • Enterprise migrations may require a separate service agreement
  • Dedicated support and migration specialists available for enterprise customers
  • Custom migration schedules and maintenance windows can be arranged
  • Volume discounts available for large-scale migrations

User Responsibilities

By using Migration Emails, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Only migrate data that you own or have authorization to migrate
  • Ensure you have necessary permissions from source and destination platforms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Backup your data before initiating migration

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

  • The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
  • We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Credits will not be refunded due to temporary service unavailability

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will function without interruption or errors
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination and no refunds will be issued.
